(These terms & conditions govern all of the websites that PlayUKinternet currently operate)
1. PlayUKinternet will conclude the purchase of lottery tickets at your request. You are authorizing PlayUKinternet to the purchase of lottery ticket  at your request and kept on your behalf in trust.
2. Charges will be in accordance with the stated fees.
3. It will be your responsibility to ensure that correct instructions are given to PlayUKinternet to effect the purchase of entries. PlayUKinternet will accept no liability for any errors that may have occurred.
4. PlayUKinternet cannot be held liable for any lost or delayed transactions caused by the failure of the computer systems used by the companies that operate the lotteries on offer or for any other computer or communications fault that may occur in the transaction of this business.
5. PlayUKinternet cannot be held liable for any late notification of entries for a particular draw. It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure that their orders are placed in time for a draw and that they are aware of the cut-off times for the draws. If the individual does not receive a confirmation by email of their order (due to the player's ISP non-performance or any other reason) then they must check (prior to cut off time) their own transaction history on-line for confirmation of their entry. The individual will then have the choice of placing their order into the next draw. PlayUKinternet can not be held liable if your entry was received too late for a draw and you had a winning combination in that draw. An entry would not have been purchased and therefore no winnings collected.
6. Your payment method will be processed on completion of your order. If your payment method fails to process the transaction you will be advised accordingly.
7. PlayUKinternet shall act as group manager in collection of prize monies. These monies shall be paid to you less any interest that may have accrued thereon and the PlayUKInternet Agency Fee by PlayUKInternet within 10 working days of receipt of the prize monies from the lottery or raffle operators. The PlayUKinternet Agency Fee is 5% of the prize monies on any prize monies exceeding £1000 (if the prize monies are received by PlayUKinternet in Pounds Sterling), €1000 (if the prize monies are received by PlayUKinternet in Euros), or US$1000 (if the prize monies are received by PlayUKinternet in US Dollars) or £100 000, whichever is the lesser. Any conversion between currencies shall be determined by applying the prevailing exchange rate on the date upon which the PlayUKInternet Agency Fee is deducted from the prize monies by PlayUKinternet.
8. All winnings withdrawn will be paid directly into the subscriber's bank account, in their choice of either Pounds, US Dollars or Euros once they have selected the Cash Withdrawal option and submitted all required details. In certain cases, special settlement arrangements can be made. A minimum withdrawal amount of £10.00 / €12.00 / $15.00 (depending on the currency of the account) shall apply. Please note that PlayUKInternet will not be held liable for any local taxation or bank charges that occur during the transfer process.
9. PlayUKInternet has and reserves the right to utilise the services of risk management companies and/ or insurers to manage or underwrite any of the potential winnings arising from any of the games on the site. If so, PlayUKInternet shall be subject to certain terms of contract with these parties which may impose obligations to require any winner to sign releases and the like as a condition to payment. You undertake that you shall do so as a condition to payment should you win and should such condition be required to be fulfilled. PlayUKInternet shall pay you any winnings within 10 working days of receipt of the same from the said risk managers and/ or insurers.
10. The entry is purchased at your request subject to rules and regulations governing online transactions and fraud-prevention. In the event of any fraudulent activity the result of which has affected a ticket purchase, the ticket purchased on your behalf shall become the property of PlayUKinternet and any prize monies resulting there from shall remain the property of PlayUKinternet absolutely. Any funds deposited into a customer account are deemed to be payment for future entries and as a result may NOT be withdrawn. In addition, NO funds added to the customer's account by way of any promotional offer (including but not limited to double deposits, ad-hoc winnings, loyalty rewards, LottoPoints expiration redemption credit) or at the discretion of PlayUKInternet, may be withdrawn.
11. Inactive Account: An “inactive account” is a PlayUKInternet Account which is an account without any recorded log-in and/or log-out activity, including zero ticket entries, for a period of 6 (six) consecutive months. If your account is inactive for 6 (six) months or longer, your account will be deemed a dormant account. PlayUKInternet reserves the right to remove your play credit balance, as well as any other balance on your account at that time. All balances may be removed from the account after a notification has been sent to your registered e-mail address. PlayUKInternet shall remit the balance of your account to you where the required payment instructions are available. The balance of your account will however be forfeited to the Company after reasonable efforts to contact you have failed and/or you could not be satisfactorily located. In any case in which your account becomes an inactive account or a dormant account, and without derogating from PlayUKInternet’s right to seize and forfeit any and all funds held in your account, you may contact PlayUKInternet and submit a request to reactivate your account and/or return the balance of your account. For the avoidance of doubt, PlayUKInternet is under no obligation to accept your request, and such request will be reviewed in accordance with the relevant facts and circumstances and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. You can ‘re-activate’ your account by: (i) making a successful deposit; (ii) placing a bet; or (iii) playing/taking part in any PlayUKInternet product.
12. The Company is not a lottery operator but a ticket purchasing service where national lottery tickets are purchased and held in trust on behalf of the account user.
13. PlayUKinternet reserves the right to withdraw this service without prior notice.
14. PlayUKinternet and its associated brands are neither associated with The National Lottery nor endorsed by Camelot Plc or the National Lottery Commission, MUSL, Sisal nor any of the companies that operate the lotteries on offer.
15. All customer data will be treated confidentially and will not be sold to others.
16. Your payment method will be processed immediately after confirmation of your order.
17. For transaction security we use SSL encryption.
18. Refunds & Cancellations:
i. Despatch:
The entries purchased at your request are chosen by you on the PLAY page of the website; or can commence from a future date specified by you on the PLAY page if required. We cannot purchase entries for the draw after close-off which is specified on the HOME and PLAY pages. The website automatically changes over to the next available draw date at close-off time. Despatch of your "confirmation of entry" will be immediate by e-mail and no liability will be attached to PlayUKinternet N.V. for losses incurred by lack of performance by players' Internet Service Providers or any other technical failure.
ii. Alteration of order if you change your mind:
We will allow you to change your entries upon the following conditions:
    (1) Your order is legitimate (non-fraudulent) and
    (2) The entries in question have not yet been purchased.
Based on evaluation of the above conditions, we will edit the entries if notified with sufficient time to change the entries. Please note that entries are sent for purchasing throughout the day and once they have been purchased we cannot alter your entries.  To apply for an alteration to your entries please e-mail us at info@playukinternet.com
iii. Refunds
Once PlayUKinternet N.V.  has received your refund request, it will be reviewed and you will be notified  of the approval or rejection of your refund within a 72 hour period. PlayUKinternet N.V.  can only issue a partial or full refund on the value of the items purchased or deposited, no bonus funds of any kind are included in the refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment used.

A refund can take up to 48-72 hours to reflect back into your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If your refund has not been settled, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or the company of the payment method used for the refund, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed on their end.

iv. Cancellations
We are unable to cancel any entries submitted, we are only able to alter the date of your entries (Please see iii.).
19. We recommend the cardholder to print out all electronic entry data, the rules of the game, the cancellation regulations, and the payment methods in order to avoid misconceptions and discussions at a later time and keep them at an easily accessible place.
20. All orders will be processed as soon as possible.
21. In the event of a change of local legislation i.e. where tickets offered by our company are purchased by foreign players, PlayUKinternet reserves the right to continue to take entries into a lottery draw where the numbers drawn and the prizes paid out are based exactly on those as quoted by the official data suppliers. PlayUKinternet also reserves the right to pay on an annuity basis over a reasonable period of time on jackpot and tier 2 amounts won.
22. Force Majure applies i.e. PlayUKinternet shall have no liability for any failure to deliver entries you have ordered or delay in doing so that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond reasonable control.
23. You may not purchase entries or claim prize monies if under the age of 18.
24. Only one account per customer is permitted. PlayUKinternet reserves the right to disable, ban or remove accounts that are deemed to be duplicated. PlayUKinternet further reserves the right to ban and/or suspend any customer that, in PlayUKinternet's sole discretion, displays any intention of duplicating their accounts or abusing registration services in any way.
