I'm glad 18 is on the list. It is my lucky number. It is considered very lucky in China which is part of the reason I find it so lucky. Wikipedia says the following: In Chinese tradition, the number 18, normally 十八 (shí bā), can also be read as 幺八 (yāo bā), which sounds like 要发 (yào fā), meaning that one is going to prosper. Thus, building floors numbered "18" are often very expensive in China. That means that my number is lucky for more than 1,330,044,544 other people. Seams like a good idea to me to play it as often as possible.

It's all coincedence. There are quite a few jackpot winners that never go public with their wins,hence the accurracy of this study can be questioned. My theory is this, pick your numbers anyway you want, at the end they have an equal chance of being the winners just like anyonelse's.

People use birthdays, wedding anniversary dates and even divorce dates. I use at times all my family birth dates. My favourite number 23 is used often, with little success. I agree that this number 3 is significant but at the end of the day it's the luck of the draw that counts! In our 5 members family we r 3 brother-sisters. My DOB is 4/10/1978, My yonger sister's DOB is 5/3/1980 & other yonger sister's DOB is 18/1/1983. I am not superstitious at all and have never had bad luck on Friday the 13th, so I do play the number 13, but mainly I get a feeling in my gut about certain numbers. When it is a strong feeling, I usually get at least three numbers in our local lottery, but I have never had a strong feeling about 6 numbers, so I will probably never win a jackpot. I should really only play when I get a strong feeling about numbers, but the hopeful optimist in me makes me play even when I have no feeling at all and then I do not win anything. In the end it is all about luck and not much else. If it is meant to be, it will be. I don't have the number 3 anywhere in my address, cellphone number or birthdate, so I am not sure if that means I will never win anything, because generally I am a very lucky person. Just not with anything big.

It is game of numbers and probabities,no one know the calls of destiny,if jackpot is in your fortune then selection of numbers doesnot matter.You can go through many instances like big jackpot winners have mostly purchased lottery tickets abd numbers were selected randomly my the computer itself.So beleive it is the Game of Fortune,Luck and destiny while birth date,lucky numbers etc does not have any significance.So Guys Play and hope to strike a Jackpot by your fortune and not by numbers.

basically,there is no scientific evidence for the validity of lucky numbers, but as long as people are playing numbers games, lucky numbers will continue to be used and believed in. And,if one win, they really stand lucky for him/her in that particular instance. Another explanation is that some numbers are personally significant to us. Maybe we were married on the 7th day of July in 2007. Or maybe our first child was born on the 30th at 3:30 in the afternoon. In such cases we might subconsciously think that the numbers 7, 3 or 33 are more lucky for us than any other numbers. Of course, the same applies negatively, so if we married on the 10th of October, went through hell and filed for divorce on our 10th anniversary, we might view 10 as being an unlucky number for us. so,number 3 is new no.13 as far as considered lucky while playing have no scientific or logical reason.It completely depends on ones own thoughts,reasons behind these thoughts / outcome and the number of time one receives the positve and success for or on the particular number.

I believe strongly that numbers do play a role in evrybody's life. I was born on 2nd July, My son was born on December 2. He is in a very good job in the US. In the west 13 is considered very unlucky but not in India. My daughter was born on 13 June and she has got a very good husband beautiful children and an excellent job . God has given her good life and I pray it should continue so. It does help to know your favourite numbers and use them wisely for every occasion, be it lottery, or any other things.

I don't really believe aany of these machines are truly random. I have a set of lucky numbers that I use for one ticket. I then look for "sticky" and "cold" numbers for the lotto in question and pick a mix. I then pick numbers based on coincidence (e.g. read a book whose character has the same name as someone you come into contact with at the time, say "bradfield") and derive a number from it - also look at draw patterns. Superena is tricky, because of the draws in each city, not a single machine. It is interesting in ZA that when a large jackpot domes up, there are a lot of rollovers prior to draw date for instance, there is a R10 million draw on Saturday and there have been 3 rollovers - would like to see if the pot is won tomorrow - doubt it.

I believe Number 3 is very special number i think it is not coincidence that Ancient Egyptians worshiped triads of gods father(osiris),mother (Isis) and child (Horus), in christianity the trinity father,Son,Holy spirit ,even when Jesus was born three Kings got him gifts and when he was crusified he was in between two thieves making them three in total and when he rose from the dead it was the third day..come on number 3 is holy by all means.

It is game of numbers and probabities,no one know the calls of destiny,if jackpot is in your fortune then selection of numbers doesnot matter.You can go through many instances like big jackpot winners have mostly purchased lottery tickets abd numbers were selected randomly my the computer itself.So beleive it is the Game of Fortune,Luck and destiny while birth date,lucky numbers etc does not have any significance.So Guys Play and hope to strike a Jackpot by your fortune and not by numbers.
