London - Monday, 28 November, 2011 - Two weeks ago, Google Inc. launched its new music service (unsurprisingly called Google Music) at an event entitled “These Go To Eleven”. The title was a reference to a “mockumentary” called “This is Spinal Tap” and generally refers to the act of taking something to the extreme. In our use though, the number eleven has a slightly different meaning.
In our sense, eleven refers to the amount of languages you can use our site in since today. Yes, you've seen it in the “available languages” menu for a few months and today two additional languages have been made available.
We're proud to announce the launch of Czech and French on the PlayHugeLottos.com family of sites.
These two new languages, which take us to eleven, also have their own home and identity. The French language will be held under the brand “GrandsJeuxLotos.com” while the Czech language will be home on “MegaLoto.cz”. Of course you will be able to use both Czech and French on any of the other PlayHugeLottos.com websites (which include PlayEuroMillions.com and of course, PlaySuperEnaLotto.com), but traditionally these languages will refer to their own brands.
Here at PlayHugeLottos.com we like to take things to the extreme. We like to cater for as many countries and languages as possible. We also feel that extreme is not quite extreme enough – which is why you will notice another “coming soon” language in language menu.
Our next news release should then surely be, These Go To Twelve.
Enjoy the new languages and as always, our team can be contacted if you have any suggestions that we need to know about. We always appreciate your valuable feedback.
P.S. This isn't the only reference to the number eleven this month. If you were a keen observer, you certainly would've noticed the article "Lucky Number 11" earlier in November when the date went to 11/11/11. Did it affect the numbers you selected in the lottery? Did it take you to the extreme?
