Despatch: The lottery draw you are entered into is chosen by yourself on the PLAY page of this website. You can play on a future, specified date on the PLAY page if required. We cannot supply tickets for the draw after close-off, which is set a substantial time prior to the official cut-off time to allow our ticket purchases to be completed by our staff in each location. By default, the website automatically displays the next available draw date after close-off time. You will immediately be sent your "Confirmation of Entry" by email and PlayUKinternet will not be liable for losses incurred by lack of performance by players' internet service providers.

Owing to the fact that ticket purchases are queued in batches, and printed within an hour of purchase, we can no longer allow refunds on tickets for the next available draws. The only potential refunds or order alterations we can allow would be in the event of a span, for which the entry is not yet active. In this event, the entry will not have been purchased, and can therefore be amended.

PlayUKinternet reserves the right to undertake such alterations at their discretion, and will not be held responsible for errors in altered/modified entries.

Cancellations: If you are entirely dissatisfied with the service you have received, we will consider a refund of your purchase, as long as your reason is valid. Vouchers can be added to your account for a number of reasons e.g.

   1. We may have added vouchers to your account
   2. You may have converted your winnings to vouchers
   3. You may have received vouchers as a result of a promotion.

However your vouchers have been obtained, they can be used at any point to purchase entries into the lottery for which they have been issued. To make use of your vouchers, simply logon to the site and select your numbers in the usual manner either by using the quickpick function or by making a manual selection.

Once you have made your selection, click on continue to confirm your entries. At this point, you will be taken to the payment page. Our system automatically uses any available vouchers to pay for entries where applicable. If, for some reason, you would prefer to retain your vouchers and use play credit or another payment method, simply reduce the amount of vouchers required on that page to your preferred number and the system will recalculate the amount you will need to pay.

Please note that vouchers have specific values and as a result, are not interchangeable. We have a multitude of payment methods available including certain local methods. There are essentially two ways to pay at PlayHugeLottos. The first is by depositing into your PlayCredit account first (PlayCredit Purchase) and the second is by paying directly at the time of checkout (when placing an order).

The life-cycle of an entry begins with the submission of your playslip at a retailer. It is then entered directly into an official Lottery terminal. Your numbers are then transmitted via the communications network to the central computer system. Your numbers are printed out on the retailer terminal and the entry ticket given to the PlayUKinternet representative. It is then taken to the secure PlayUKinternet office and locked in a safe until after the relevant draw. A confirmation of the purchase will be emailed to you prior to the draw. If a player is a winner, a claim will be made on their behalf and they will be paid out accordingly.

This tutorial will explain the redemption process if you've received a voucher/promotion code.

Logistically you have to be in the country in which the draw takes place in order to buy a ticket. However, PlayUKinternet has ticket purchasing offices in Europe, the UK, North and South American and Australia, in addition to satellite European purchasing offices that facilitate this purchase and the resultant claiming of prizes.

A lottery player on PlayHugeLottos.com can therefore take part in lottery draws even though he may not reside in the particular lottery's home country.

As a ticket purchasing service, we physically have to line up to purchase tickets. This means that we employ staff throughout the relevant jurisdictions to purchase those tickets, meaning that we do not necessarily purchase from the same place on a regular basis. It all depends on the amount of tickets purchased, and the availability of terminals to complete our orders. Some states in the US require a predetermined marking of the playslip to indicate the preference of the jackpot payout (cash amount or annuity payout). We now purchase our tickets in states that allow 6 weeks for the winner to choose either a lump-sum payout or an annuity payout.

American PowerBall, MegaMillions and SuperLotto Plus allow jackpot winners to select their preferred payout method within a pre-determined period from a jackpot win, the first being the annuity payout, and the second being a smaller, lump-sum payout. 

The payout structure for the American lottery annuities work as follows:

The PowerBall quoted jackpot amount is paid as an annuity over 29 years. Its immediate cash value to the winner is close to, but less than, half the advertised amount of the prize. The actual ratio depends on projected interest rates and other factors. MUSL starts with the cash value, built from a percentage of sales (currently 30%) and then calculates the advertised Jackpot amount from that value based on the average costs of the three best securities bids. The annuity is then paid out accordingly.

The MegaMillions quoted jackpot amount is determined and paid out in a similar fashion, but the payout is structured over 26 years.

The SuperLotto Plus payout is also structured over 26 years. The quoted jackpot amount is paid as follows: the first payment represents 2.5 percent of the annuity value of the jackpot. The second installment 2.7 percent. The remaining 24 payments increase by 0.1 percentage point annually. The final installment represents 5.1 percent of the prize.

As your ticket purchasing agent, we claim the prize on your behalf, and all relevant deductions and calculations take place prior to the prize remittance to you.

Each lottery has a specific cut-off time in order to allow us to complete purchases in due time. Naturally, however, it is always best to purchase as early as possible to avoid disapointment. Each site displays a countdown to the cut-off time on its home page. It is the subscribers' responsibility to achieve the entry deadline. Please note that daylight savings time may well affect the time differences between certain countries.

A rollover happens when the jackpot prize is not won. The jackpot amount is "rolled over" to the next draw, increasing the value of the jackpot prize for the draw. In this manner lottery jackpots can climb to massive amounts over time.

Every lottery is different though and each has their own specific regulations concerning the number of rollover draws permitted or the maximum value that a jackpot prize can climb to.

The following lotteries have special rollover / jackpot considerations in place:

UK Lottery: The UK Lottery Jackpot can rollover a maximum of 4 times before it has to be won. After a quadruple rollover, the unwon jackpot is distributed amongst the 2nd prize tier.

Euromillions: Euromillions has a jackpot cap in place. The jackpot can only ever reach a maximum of €190 million and can only stay at that amount for a maximum of two draws. If the jackpot is not won on the 2nd draw then the total €190 million is distributed amongst the 2nd prize tier.

France Loto: The France Loto Jackpot can rollover a maximum of 34 times before it has to be won. If the jackpot is not won after the 34th rollover draw then the top prize is distributed amongst the 2nd prize tier.

EuroJackpot: The EuroJackpot has a jackpot cap in place. The jackpot can only ever reach a maximum of €90 million.

Oz Lotto and Powerball: Both Australian lotteries have a limit of 25 consecutive draws at which point, if the jackpot is still not won, the funds will be awarded to the second prize tier.

Claiming small prizes on behalf of PlayUKinternet subscribers from retail outlets can be done as soon as the system opens again after the draw. Major prizes can be claimed on behalf of PlayUKinternet subscribers the following business day. Physical settlement to our subscribers is made within 10 days receipt of instructions to pay out. When winning smaller amounts, most customers prefer either to replay their winnings at discounted rates, or retain their winnings in their account balance until substantial enough to send a withdrawal request.

You will initially be notified of your winnings in your results mail. At this point, all winnings are held in check awaiting your instruction. The winning value will also appear on your ACCOUNT BALANCE with a CLAIM WINNINGS button.

By clicking on the CLAIM WINNINGS button you will be able to claim all or part of your winnings.

Claim options include:

Converting winnings to lottery tickets at a reduced price (Convert to Vouchers)

Replenishing your play funds (Replenish Funds)

Donating to charity (Donate to Charity)

Withdrawing your winnings (Cash Withdrawal)

The first two options are quite convenient for smaller winning amounts, you also have the option of simply retaining smaller winnings in your ACCOUNT BALANCE until they have acrued to a higher value for withdrawal.

These links may take you to spoof sites which ask you to update personal information, or may download key logging software onto your PC. Spoof websites can be difficult to spot.

LottoPoints is our lottery rewards program for players. Every cash ticket that you purchase will earn you points that can be redeemed for free lottery tickets once enough have been accumulated.

The rewards program is tiered meaning that the more points you earn, the more free tickets you will earn for your points. As you attain a higher tier, the amount of points required for each voucher redemption decreases, meaning more rewards.

How To Redeem Lottopoints:

There are two primary reasons why we do not scan copies of tickets for our customers.

Firstly, as the lottery ticket purchasing is done in batches a physical lottery ticket will contain a number of entries, not only the entries of one player. Sending scanned copies of tickets would thus result in players receiving copies of other players’ numbers in addition to their own.

Secondly, and more importantly, the vast administrative burden that would be placed on our team to scan in thousands of tickets sold every hour would be unsustainable, beyond charging an additional fee over and above the values already charged.

Upon completion of a transaction a player receives an email confirmation containing the relevant draw dates and numbers chosen along with a unique transaction ID. This confirmation is deemed as proof that we have received your order and will shortly be processing it.

Transaction details are also viewable in a player’s account under ‘Transaction History’.

We have a number of employees based around the globe. Depending on your location or time zone you will be dealt with by the appropriate language agent.  Our contact address in London is purely for correspondence only to ensure any physical mail received is dealt with in an efficient manner.
